The De Buyer Mineral B Black Iron Blinis Pan 12cm is made from strong and durable black iron, absorbing heat slowly and spreading it around the pan evenly to ensure your blinis are cooked quickly, evenly and efficiently.

All black iron pans require seasoning before use, this process gives them a more durable cooking surface that retains a non-stick finish to ensure your pans can easily slide from pan to plate.
