The Bright Spark Kitchen Refillable Blowtorch classic cook’s secret of success, this refillable blowtorch is ideal for making the finishing touch to a variety of dishes and desserts such as caramelising sugar toppings on créme brulee and tart tatin, browning meringues and crisping skin and crackling.
