The blade tapers from the spine to the cutting edge to give effortless precision cutting.
The full Stainless Steel Tang running the length of the handle with a 3 rivet connection, gives exceptional strength, resilience and control.
Dishwasher Safe
The Sabatier V Carving Knife can be used for carving and slicing cooked meats or larger fruit and vegetables. The thinner blade allows for more accurate slicing than that provided by a Cook’s Knife.
